These templates are generic documents designed for most small businesses within Australia.  They may not however, be suitable for every company – please carefully read the Terms and Conditions (including Return Policy). Documents are in Microsoft Word format. To open and customise these documents, Microsoft Word or a compatible reader must be installed on your computer.

When you purchase templates, the item(s) may be downloaded once you complete checkout. You will be required to create a username and password for Dawtek Online.  Each item purchased/downloaded consists of one (1) Winzip (compressed) file, containing one (1) instruction sheet (.pdf format) and one (or more) Word document files. Simply save the files on your computer or network server, then customise with your company name, logo and any other required information.
