Currently we offer two Busines and Marketing Forms which will be expanded over the coming weeks - watch this space!. All complaints made by customers or clients, regardless of the method, should be recorded and registered as a standard  for follow-up,action and analysis. Use our Customer Complaints Form to record the details of the complaint and our Customer Complaints Log form to log and register customer complaints to enable analysis and improvement of the company's processes.
