HR - Leave and Entitlements Package

Under the National Employment Standards (NES) and the Fair Work Act 2009, all employees are entitled to paid annual and personal leave from work. The Leave and Entitlements Package contains the Annual Leave Policy, the Long Service Leave Policy, the Personal Leave Policy, the Community Leave Policy, the Compassionate Leave Policy, and the Personal Leave Policy, each explaining an employee’s leave entitlements and responsibilities. This package also includes the Leave Request Form, Cashing-out Annual Leave Form, Leave Approval Letter and Leave Application Refusal Letter. Note: This is a Winzip download file.
